Murmansk and Kizhi Island Tours

Day 1 Murmansk

Arrival to Murmansk.

Lunch, sightseeing tour and information about the Northern Lights.

Dinner.

Transfer to the hotel.

Day 2 Murmansk

Breakfast at the hotel.

Murmansk Tour by bus including the Battle of Alyosha monument, Lighthouse monument, Kursk submarine monument, Church of the Saviour on the Waters and Nuclear Icebreaker Lenin.

Lunch.

Evening tour out of town in search of the Northern Lights (21:00 -24:00).

Day 3 Lovozero region

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to the Lovozero area.

We are going to visit the Husky Park, including reindeer and dog sledding.

Lunch.

Return to Murmansk

Evening tour of the city of the Northern Lights.

Day 4 Murmansk - Karelia

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to the train station.

Train ride to Medvezhyegorsk .

Lunch.

Arrival to Medvezheygorsk and sightseeing tour.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 Kizhi Island

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to the village of Velikaya Guba (110 km) by car.

Transfer to Kizhi Island with a hovercraft (30 minutes).

Lunch.

Excursion to the Kizhi museum.

Petrozavodsk (270 km) by car then transfer back to Velikaya Guba on a hovercraft.

21:00 - Arrival and transfer to  Petrozavodsk train station.

22:50 - Overnight train to St. Petersburg
